Everybody knew that we could sleep in, but we couldn`t because of our routine. So we prepared breakfast and following we hatched plans for this day.
Last week Lydia and Katrin drove to Weston to the country store.
Their story about the store and the things they had tried out, Christine and I became more and more interested to go there. Fortunately Lydia didn`t disliked doing the same trip again.
So she drove like a local without using a map and we arrived before noon on this nice place. We spent a lot of time in these stores. The funniest thing we discovered were all these different masks which we all tried on. All of them fit in a way to the real face and we almost couldn`t recover from laughing.
In addition there was a laughing sound from a plush toy dog in the background and we couldn`t stop laughing.
Content with all the shopping and the experiences we went the same way back.
After supper on the porch we were invited to a dessert by our hosts at the pergola. We met Rose`s two brothers and her sister in law. A stimulating talk with them concluded that cheerful day.
